I just was informed from now on, all clients need to order any medicine for their companion pets, need to be ordered DIRECTLY through them and NOT use Chewy or PetMeds, etc. as they will NOT authorize any script if it comes from them. Was informed they are loosing money and they're just too busy to be bothered.
