Party of 16ish. Had reservations for 4pm. Not very accommodating for such a large party. Was rushed from the moment we arrived. Told we needed out by 6pm. Moved some of the guests from a table and tried to squish us all together. Skipped one entire end of the tables when taking appetizer orders. Did NOT get asked if we wanted dessert & it was an obvious birthday celebration. No acknowledgment of the birthday lady. Main Waitress was decent. Manager needs to learn some customer service skills. We have never gotten a bad meal here. It is well worth the money. We always go here for special occasions because we know the food and service will be exceptional.

Good food with a nice variety. Love the chicken strips and the potato soup. Atmosphere is dress casual. Nice place to take a customer or date night with your wife.
Over priced. Food is OK. Not worth what you pay. Plus the wait staff is snotty.

Called in an order togo and had to wait 30 minutes after the alloted time because our food wasn't ready. The manager didnt apologize and only offered a coke. They said they didnt have a name for the order and couldn't place it even though the manager called earlier for conformation. Also the croissants wasn't baked which was a disappointment.
After discussing for an hour, my wife and I settled on Charleston's for our 26th anniversary dining destination. When I called the day before our Friday night date and requested to reserve "a quiet table for two at 6:30 p.m. for my anniversary", I was told "we don't do reservations for only two." Great potato soup but the entrees are over priced. Go to Texas Roadhouse if you want a delicious steak at a reasonable price. Go to Saltgrass if you want an expensive steak that is worth the money. If you go to Charleston's, get a sandwich or salad and definitely order loaded potato soup. That menu item is the best in town!
