We recently had a bathroom pipe that was dripping and would not stop even when we attempted to use the shutoff valve. Upon further investigation we saw that the faucet was also corroded from water damage as well. We purchased a new faucet in preparation for a new installation and was also concerned about the pipe shutoff valve not working properly. While driving in Richardson today I was cut off by one of their employees in their company box truck twice. The second time I hit my horn for him to move over...and was graciously given the middle finger like it was my fault. I bet his customer service skills are just as good as his driving.

I have utilized the expertise and services of Charleston Plumbing for several years now. As a GC, I have them review all designs prior to execution thus defining and eliminating problems before they are encountered.
