Such a fun learning experience! I feel so empowered with the skills that I've learned in this course. I had a great time taking this class with my girlfriends. I highly recommend this class :-)

The classes are taught in a positive, clean and safe environment. The instructors are super friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend everyone to check this program out. It is fun, easy to learn along with providing each student with a sense of confidence on how to protect themselves in a variety of situations.

This is an awesome program for anyone looking to gain confidence and learn skills to protect yourself!!! This is an affective and fun class so you should check it out!

My wife did this course and absolutely LOVED IT!! Every night she would come home and tell me how much fun she had and how much she learned. Its great to see how aware my wife has become when she walks from her car in a parking lot. She is aware of what is going on around her and who or what is next to her. This course was AWESOME for her! I feel so much better knowing that she has the skills and confidience it takes to protect herself. I would highly recommend this course to anyone.

I highly recommend Charleston's Best Self Defense for men and women who want to learn how to defend themselves if ever in a situation where one is being attacked. The coaches teach you everything from situational awareness to being able to physically react to an unexpected situation. Since taking this course, I have become more aware of my surroundings, am more careful when walking alone (whether at night or day), and feel more confident in my ability to defend my self. Not only did I learn a lot, but I made new friends too!
