These guys were excellent! We were delivering a boat from New England to Florida and had a weekend layover due to a mechanical issue. We called them hoping they could look at a head and AC united that were noted on the survey as needed repairs and service. The team came to the boat same day and evaluated the extent of the problem and looked at a LFE fault on an AC unit. Wow! Great service. I left a message on a Saturday when our rudder bearing started leaking. Erich called me back, spent significant time with me on the phone and gave recommendations on where to haul the boat. On Sunday, Erich called again saying he was riding bikes in the neighborhood and would stop by and have a look. Wow. All of this attention to detail and follow up from a business that wasn't even going to do the job! Integrity like the old days. I'm impressed. I will phone them for the next project.

Charleston Yacht is reliable , consistent , professional and skilled. I have used them many times over the years on a handful of boats and you can count on them to pick up the phone, show up on time, do an above and beyond job and treat the yacht with utmost respect. Great ownership, management and crew. Keep the Charleston fleet operating and looking good!
