Dr Michaelis is a competent wound care practitioner and his staff is pleasant. Unfortunately his auxiliaries perform procedures without his supervision when he is not in the office, and achieve poor results. In my view they have not been adequately supervised. In my case I received unsupervised wound care treatment from one of these when the doctor was out of the office. I left in excruciating pain, with inferior wound care intervention.
