Nathan is a COWARD!! . All I needed from him was a statement in writing on the invoice that driving the vehicle with low oil cudf been the contributing factor of the timing chain tensioner getting damaged. Like he told me in our conversation. I wsnt asking him to lie just getting his professional opinion. The truth that's all ! These people are wonderful. They saved the life of my 2004 Allroad, which had been pronounced "dead" by another shop down the road. Now, thanks to Wagen Workx, it is running like new!
I absolutely love these guys! I have owned a 2004 Tourareg & currently own a 2012 CC. Both Nathan & Patrick are honest and hard workers. I call them before a take a long trip and have them check out my car. I have always received fair pricing and amazingly quick turnaround. The next car I buy will either be another VW or Audi b/c I never want to have another mechanic again!
