Jordan was awesome! I had a tear in my jib while on vacation, email them on a Sunday night, they responded almost immediately, and called me Monday morning to check out when I would arrive. Jordan knew what to do and repaired it while I waited! No loss of fun for our vacation! Only reason for 5 stars is because no way to give him 10! Thanks again !!! James I
