I attempted to call to refill an expired prescription today at 11:13am and accidentally clicked to the wrong line… The incredibly rude employee who picked up told me “let me stop you right there” and “you're tying up the line” before i even got 3 words out. She then very rudely transferred me to a woman on the line to the Nexton office, who was incredible but unfortunately could not assist with my request to report the person that I previously spoke with. The best care and service I have received in a long time! I am very impressed by this establishment.
I can't say enough about what an absolutely stellar staff exists at this office. Everyone in the office was warm and inviting. I had a consultation with Kristen, and she could not have been nicer. I am one of those people that struggle with going to doctors because I have met so many that were quick with disparaging comments. I think a lot of people would be less apprehensive if they met a staff like Charleston Pulmonary Associates.
