I attempted to call to refill an expired prescription today at 11:13am and accidentally clicked to the wrong line… The incredibly rude employee who picked up told me “let me stop you right there” and “you're tying up the line” before i even got 3 words out. She then very rudely transferred me to a woman on the line to the Nexton office, who was incredible but unfortunately could not assist with my request to report the person that I previously spoke with.
