Very pleasant faces when you walk in. Everyone’s so sweet and very professional. My first time visiting and I definitely would recommend
I have been trying to contact these people for two days now about a follow up. Typically I get "we are experiencing higher than average call volumes" message and I leave a voicemail for a call back... nothing. Then today I finally get someone and as soon as I start speaking I was told a customer is standing in front and put on hold.
The only reason I selected 1 star is because I had to. Initially, I was mistaken about this place (I thought they were being helpful). I was told twice that I was going to receive a return call about an issue that I was experiencing and I didn't receive the calls (it's been 2 weeks since the last time I was told this). The voicemail at this business states that if you leave a message before 3pm, your call will be returned the same day (this isn't true either).
