It took over two months to get my concrete poured and I have permanent rust stains in bottom of pool where they left nails . Had water line leakes. Had to cut concrete to fix and concrete still looks awful and for two years been promising to fix it. Now concrete is cracking because they did not backfill near tanning ledge and it sinking but refused to fix. One lie after another

We've been looking for an above ground pool for some time. When we went in and talked to Lacey at Charleston Pool & Spa, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us estimates for several different pools and gave us a price that matched or beat anyone else, in addition to several other upgrades at no additional cost. Purchased a new spa in MARCH. STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE UPGRADED spa cover ....here it is almost OCTOBER!!!!!!!!.... no phone calls, and won't return calls......
It seems apparent, after reading other reviews, that Chas Pool and Spas are doing an adequate job with pool installations, but the spa side of their business, is suffering as a result of their pool operation! I have been trying since early May, to get my Catalina Spa, which was purchased from them, serviced for a leaking hose. They will not return phone calls or show up when promised. They act as if you are a nuisance when you go to their shop. Their apathy towards consumer satisfaction, would make me hesitant to buy a pool ... read more

Thank you for the feedback. We made several attempts to contact you and you never responded. You used another repairman, who was not qualified to work on spas. He actually used a radiator hose. LOL. That is why you have a leaking hose and it is not fixed. Obviously because you did not want to reuse the guy you hired, you wanted us to repair his mistake. Charleston Pool & Spa provides quality service. They did an inground pool in my backyard for us, and their customer service was great. They were always there to walk us through the process, and let us know when subcontractors would be there.They made the process easy for us! I have already recommended them to others, and would use them again.

Charleston Pool & Spa and their Project Manager Mike Arant are the best contractors of any kind my wife and I have ever used. We signed a contract with Mike in early April and our inground fiberglass pool and spa project was completed the first week of May. They also completed all of the deck work for the pool and spa project. We were extremely satisfied with Mike crew's workmanship, professionalism, and experience.
