Enjoyed staying at Oceanfront Villas for the Polar Bear Plunge. Don't understand WHY ALL the condos are under repair and not a section at one time! Obliviously they aren't the OWNERS!!!

We stayed at COV 311. The view was beautiful. The condo itself could be updated and the cleaning was subpar. My beef is with the building management itself. Two elevators and only one working sometimes. Then renting a 4-bedroom and having to pay $100 more for a third parking space. Talk about nickel dimming people!

Only one elevator worked for the complex. The condo my family stayed in was outdated and they ran out of hot water after two showers. Oven didn't work, toilets clogged everyday and the curtain rod over the sliding door was falling off the wall at one end and almost every piece of patio furniture was broken. Owner replaced oven during visit, however.....totally NOT worth what they spent.
