I have been trying to get on the schedule with these people for ADHD screening all summer. Every time I do a step they require before I can schedule, they find another reason to make me wait to get on the schedule. For two weeks I’ve been playing phone tag with this place, after doing all the necessary stuff on my end, and it took so long for them to get back to me that I can’t get on the schedule before I go back to college, which was literally the biggest thing I was trying to get done this summer. We had an outstanding experience here. Everyone was caring and professional. Dr. Teichner and staff did an excellent job job in explaining procedure and results. Would highly recommend them.
Dr Teichner and his staff were knowledgeable and professional. Dr T explained all the cognitive test results to me. I recommend this group to anyone who is seeking this type of care.
Came to review. Not surprised they are 2 star. Thiis place providing mental health services is disturbing. Staff has zero empathy, compasdion, or professionalism. Turns out, doctors wife anwsers phones. She is very rude and offputting. She comes across like she is doing you a favor. In addition to being rude, she is incompetent.
