I am so disappointed with my first visit to Charleston Medical Spa after moving to Johns Island. I had a treatment done by Abby, who was FANTASTIC in EVERY way. Unfortunately, I was quoted a discount for a group of sessions for the best outcome. When I came for my first session, they also had a monthly discount to include another area for free.
