We absolutely love our platform lift. Brian and Shawn installed the lift in our garage. It is so much easier and safer for us to get in and out of the house now. The entire process was smooth from planning to installation. Brian made himself available anytime we had questions. We got quotes from other companies but we are so glad we chose Charleston lift and ramp and we think you will be too.

All well done. Super dedicated and efficient folks. Worked in and out of a violent thunderstorm to get it done and then hideous heat the next day.

Charleston Lift and Ramp was able to lease and install a temporary ramp with short notice and to the specifications of our space. Brian is very responsive via text, phone, and email. He's also a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about his industry. I would highly recommend this company for your personal or professional accessibility needs!

We already had a stair lift chair in our home but unfortunately it wasn’t working and was looking like a good bit to be fixed. I called Charleston Lift & Ramp and they were very helpful, letting me know that the one we had (an ancient model) is one they didn’t service but let me know how much a new one would be. No high pressure sales. We texted back and forth and selected a model we wanted.
