The prices may seem intriguing, but do not waste your money here. Spend a little more elsewhere and get a significantly better experience, because this place is absolutely not worth it. Kimberly needs to find a different career path because customer service is clearly not it. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I’ve called 3 days in a row and left messages trying to make an appointment and nobody is calling me back. Someone finally answered and said they were new and couldn’t help me, but never heard back. I haven’t stepped foot in the door and am already very disappointed by the customer service, or lack therof.
I usually have all my laser hair removal appointment with Emma. She is amazing and the most experienced person. And will give Emma 5 stars. But unfortunately today I had my laser appointment with a different aesthetician name Kimberly because Emma was sick. went to get laser hair removal treatment that should have been 30 minutes. She finished it in 5 minutes, layered me so fast and skipped so many spots. Emma always look at how thick the hair is and put the laser temperature to the one I need. Today was my first time going in for laser hair removal on my face. Hmm…I’m not to sure about the service completely. The treatment was extremely fast, which I am not use to having with previous estheticians. When I got in my car and looked in the mirror, I still noticed hair around my upper lips and lower chin.(On my face) I did remove the remaining hair from my lower chin with some tweezers.
