This place is poorly managed. I have been coming here for about 5 years. This last year of service has gotten worse and worse I show up for appointments and there is no one here. The doors open lights are on, I’m in the waiting room but no one’s here. They keep canceling on me b/c they fell down the stairs or the esthetician got fired. The other woman keeps calling out sick so my appointment gets cancelled again. Really poorly managed place. It was hit or miss before but this last year has been worse. I had one spider vein treatment today and everything went smoothly! I'm not sure what's going on with other reviewers mentioned rude staff, but in my opinion everybody was very nice and professional. I will be going back for more treatments!
I’ve had such a great experience with Emma for laser hair removal. She is professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The results have been amazing, and I’ve noticed a huge difference. Highly recommend!
