Dirty, cracks in walls and ceiling, bowing ceiling from water damage in kitchen, broken lounge chairs, ants COVERING outdoor pool patio, toilets barely flushed, shower temps went from boiling to ice multiple times making showering awful, sand in pool, broken and loose railings on deck, no working A/C for 2 days. Aggressive, insulting owner (have recording of her yelling insults at us). The worst rental in all of Charleston. (126 Ocean Blvd. Isle of Palms)
