My husband and I have been patients here for 6 years and will now be finding new providers elsewhere. Patel is our normal doctor. I called to reschedule an appointment, in which I couldn’t get in for another 3 months. So I asked for Suzy. They told me that I couldn’t switch providers?! Excuse me?? I was thinking of switching anyway because Patel doesn’t do paps, and I’d rather stay with the same provider for all services anyway. They didn’t care! They “voted” on not allowing their patients to choose their provider.
Dr. Patel is a good doctor with good bedside manner. Front desk staff are incompetent, rude, and vindictive. It’s a shame. Go somewhere else.
