We had a fantastic experience working with Charleston Homes on our recent project in Chatswood. They are very responsive and accomodating to our needs and they always kept us informed the progress of the construction every week. The attention to detail was outstanding and final result exceeded our expectation.
They are too slow on build take them 30 months to complete a project. They don’t allow you on site. You can’t do a landscaping and pool in the same time as a build. too hard to work with . highly recommended stay away from this builder
Extremely rude and unprofessional. Called them today to book an appointment to view their home designs. The person told me to go back to my country and their company only serves white Australians as they’re more “qualified”. I am much more than qualified and I found this remark extremely degrading and racist. I was born here so this ignorant and discriminatory behaviour is unacceptable in 2025. Listen to the negative reviews on this page they’re the honest ones
Attempted to inspect their builds only for the salesman to sprint outside the office and tell us that "inspections are by private appointment only", when there was no one around and these are regular builds in Homeworld Box Hill. Relax lil bro you ain't on Million Dollar Listings selling penthouses in Manhattan, you are selling copy pasted dog boxes PS: Half of these reviews are obviously faked by bots to boost up the rating
We started our journey with Charleston homes almost 3 years now. It has been incredible from literally day 1 when we stepped into the display home. It was an eye opener and within a week we have decided to go with them.
