My husband and I went here to look at double wides. The man was very personable and helpful with all of our questions. We did some research that night and the following morning I sent an email to ask for pricing on some other models we liked. He never responded, so I called 4 days later. Updated review: out of respect for business/owners. Owner commented about the issues Charleston Home Center is having with their Frontier phone service, which is why it's difficult to get phone calls through to them. (I'd recommend call forwarding to a cellular/mobile phone)... but, if you'd notice my reviews about Frontier, I'm not surprised. For the time being, they verified they're open normal hours. I'd recommend stopping in to see them, rather than calling, until updated further on phone service issue.

Absolutely would not recommend, was aiming to have home delivered in a time crunch and they had sent out a random person who doesn’t actually set the homes to examine the property, who determined it could not be done after there was a house set previously of similar size. They found every excuse to not set the home and became very rude and inconsiderate and ignored the issue until I had to retrieve my deposit. Would give 0 stars if possible the way business was handled.

Day one....So far, so good! The house is now on site! Day two assembling the house everything went good.
