The employees are angels sent straight from heaven! I brought my car in while passing through Charleston during an out-of-state road trip and the entire team was incredibly responsive, efficient, and thorough in making sure my car was safe enough to drive home. Most of all, they were kind and professional throughout the entire experience and went out of their way to make me feel cared for as a customer. I can’t recommend this business enough to those in the area!!!
We have taken our mini to them for repairs several times and have had nothing but excellent experiences. They are honest and do an excellent job . I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good reliable place for car repairs.
I had a bad wheel bearing and these people were so real, honest, and nice. They helped me in lowering costs too. Even was real with me and said how much time I have until I really need to get it changed. Which helped me save enough to get it fixed. They didn’t pressure me to get anything fixed immediately. I go here for oil changes and stuff too. Even though they might be slightly more expensive in a few areas. They are TOP TEIR. Especially in customer service and satisfaction.
We went there for engine misfiring, they took $65 for diagnostic and another $65 for changing a single spurk plug (which we provided). It took an hour easily. They were gonna charge $300ish for changing a spark plug and a coil. Waste of money and time, dont even bother.
