I can't say enough about this shop! They were incredible. We broke a driveshaft outside of Charleston and they towed us all the way back home in a snow storm! They could've kept the car and fixed it but the owner said that with our 20 year old BMW, parts would be a challenge to get even over night so he offered to tow us home. My wife’s Mini Cooper threw a code that my personal code reader couldn’t decipher. Believing the car was out of warranty, I took it to Charleston Auto Center. Upon arrival, I (unknowingly) met the owner and explained the issue and the code my reader had detected. He kindly offered to use the shop’s more advanced diagnostic tool to verify the problem. The best! They get the job done right and get me back on the road.
I needed brakes only. Bring a woman they told me I needed rotors too. Ended not needing rotors. They were taking advantage. Gave me a $300 discount cuz they had my car ONE week. Took rotors to 3 garages. Said nothing wrong with the originals except where they pounded them off with a hammer. My man through a fit on them due to the dishonesty. Now my car is screeching.
