I am surprised to see all of the great reviews and very disappointed that I have not had the same experience. My fiancé purchased my ring and it was shipped to us in another state. Upon arrival, you could visibly see that the diamond was crooked on the band and had a large scratch on it. He was told that he could send it back and they would fix it and send him a new one, but was afraid he would not receive it back in time so he proposed with the damaged ring and I wore it for a few weeks so that I could have it for Thanksgiv... read more
