Excessive drywall damage. I had to spend $2500 on a 1500sf home to repair the drywall after they were done. Everyone who gave estimates on the drywall was shocked by the amount of damage they caused. Overall negative experience for other reasons too and I would not recommend them to anyone.
We had them install our Generac Generator in 2020 and this was the worst install ever!! It would kick on for no reason and not come on to cycle when scheduled. They originally attached the gas lines to our fence!! We also had them come out to service it after a bad storm and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong but wanted to charge us anyway never contacting us back knowing something was wrong. It took 3 weeks to get an appointment only for the guy to show up, Friday July 31st and spend 15 minutes assessing my needs to install a whole home Generac system. The guy said he would have the quote to me on Monday. It’s now August 20th and I still don’t have a quote and no one at the office can tell me when I can expect the quote but at this point it’s been 5 1/2 weeks since I first contacted them and it has been an utter and complete waste of time. Excellent service. Great price. Professional staff. They installed a 22kw whole house generac for a very reasonable price.
Communication is non existent. And they dont even waive their service fee when work proceeds.
