On Dec 18th I booked a house for my friends and I through Charleston Coast Vacations by dunes properties. I did it directly off their website. On Jan 5th, they cancelled the reservation through email due to a 'system glitch' where the house should have only been available for a minimum of 7 nights and it was also listed at the wrong price. Keep in mind, we have already booked flights and put deposits down for other beach activities near the house after booking it. Excellent service.very clean. Our stay was very comfortable.if you like to spend time near the beach , I recommend getting the chairs rented by hotel. 48/ day.
Dunes has been managing our properties for almost 20 years now and I have to say that Liz, Briley, Mark and the rest of the Dunes team are top notch.
