I just went into this store today for the first time since the new ownership and it has really changed. Things are where I can see them and find them easily. The store is bright and clean, it has a new fresh feel. The staff were all very friendly. They helped me get exactly what I needed and then I also ordered some special monogrammed items. Horrible shopping experience. Beautiful clothes and gifts, but the staff ruined it for me.
Nice store, but not the same customer service since new ownership. Variety of merchandise is not as good either. Previous owner will be missed.
