Over the years, my husband and I have hired several carpet cleaning services and usually had decent results, but none have matched this level of care and quality. This was easily the best carpet cleaning experience we have ever had. What really stood out was how well Damian and the crew handled everything from start to finish. They were great at communication, very professional, friendly, and clearly serious about their carpet cleaning work. It felt like a true professional service, not just a quick job. We live out of town but own a rental home in Charleston, and after our tenants moved out we needed a fast turnaround for carpet cleaning before the next renters arrived. Damian was fantastic and did thorough, high quality work, especially in a home with pet traffic and spots that needed extra attention. He was polite, easy to work with, and fit us in on short notice, which really helped us stay on schedule getting the home cleaned, refreshed, and ready. We truly appreciated the great service from Charleston Carpet's and Clea... read more
My upstairs carpet had become a real mess from an elderly dog having accidents throughout the house. After my dog passed, i knew it was time to finally get the carpet cleaned before family came to visit soon. Charleston Carpet's and Cleaning sent brad and liam, and they did an excellent job removing the pet urine, dirt, odors, and built-up grime from the carpet, especially in the heavier traffic areas. They worked fast, were very professional, and made the whole process easy. brad explained the cleaning steps clearly, and li... read more
