All three times the staff was great to work with...professional, responsive, and most importantly detailed oriented which resulted in almost seamless installations by their installers on time and within budget. Had a total kitchen remodel in 2014, Chas. Cab. & Countertops did a great job. Several things happened in the process and they were honest and upfront and we worked with the delays and problems. Brendan was onsite checking on everything and his workers were excellent and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company and plan on calling them soon as we need a bathroom remodel.
I walked in to CC&C on a guilty whim just to support a local store and see if they could come close enough to a Lowes number I had for a small basic kitchen renovation. So glad I did that...The entire team was so professional and attentive and really went out of their way on a number of little things for me. We couldn't be happier with the job done by Charleston Cabinetry. They worked seamlessly with our contractor on our new kitchen and it looks phenomenal. Jim Picha held our hand throughout the process and we have the whole Charleston Cabinetry team to thank for how good and functional our kitchen is. Incompetent company. Incompetent staff. They didn’t finish the job and after a year of trouble we ended up paying them the last deposit just to make them go away. The worst. Look elsewhere if you want your job done right. The owner likes to blame everyone else for their incompetence.
