OVERALL MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN GREAT FOR MANY YEARS. PLEASANT STAFF, QUICK AVALIABILITY, PROMPT AND FAST SERVICE. HOWEVER, THIS YEAR I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET THEM ON THE PHONE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE WITH NO RETURN CALL, AS WELL AS CALLED AND WAITED ON HOLD FOR OVER 20 MINUTES WITH NOONE EVER PICKING UP. NORMALLY I SCHEDULE THE SAME DAY I GET MY ORDERS TO AVOID 2 SEPERATE TRIPS TO MT PLEASANT, BUT NOT THIS YEAR. THEREFORE, I WILL BE SWITCHING TO ANOTHER FACILITY. THIS IS UNFORTUNATE
I had routine mammograms here last year and today. Both were good experiences. My doctor submitted the order and I got a call promptly to schedule. I showed up at 8:52 for my 9:00 a.m. appointment. Since I had pre-registered, all they had to do was verify my ID and print my paperwork. As soon as that was done, I got called back and was out the door by 9:08. Myra was very professional and while nothing is going to make a mammogram comfy, she was quick but thorough and got me out with minimal discomfort.
Trying to get through to them to schedule an appointment is awful. The website even says to call a different number to schedule & I did and they only schedule for North Carolina locations. I give up.
Billing issues are ridiculous here
NO ONE answers the phone or returns your call to schedule an appointment. ABSURD
