I bought 2 Subarus from this owner (Jim) at the end of 2019. Both had issues immediately. Owner was difficult to get in touch with as he is a one man operation and states that it is his business practice to not communicate by phone and only use text message. Please see other reviews that confirm this. When I bought the cars, I cranked one up and said this vehicle sounds very loud. RecommendedI purchased a car from Charleston Auto this week. Everyone there is helpful, considerate, and easy going. The car is in great condition and I was even able to have a third party inspect it before the sale closed. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and would happily come back for a car in the future.
Stay far, far away from this place. Had a horrible experience and would never trust them with my money.
