Friendly associates, good service. They take good care of you.
We were in a bad situation. A mechanic was going to fix my wife’s car then while he was working price doubled and then he said he couldn’t finish. He recommended Charleston auto. They came within two hours to get the car had it out the next day for half the price. I had even told them would be happy long as we could get it done for the first mechanics raised rate. Outstanding work by honest people!
On May 7, 2025 while traveling from Michigan to our home in North Carolina, we had a major transmission failure. By chance it happened where we were recovered and towed by Charleston Auto Service Center of Charleston West Virginia. From our tow driver Bobby, to the entire staff at this location including the owner, Chris Reed, our car and my wife and I, were treated as a priority! If I could give 0 stars I would. On 4/15/25, I had my vehicle towed to a service center. Luckily, I had taken pictures of the vehicle right before it was towed, so I can prove there is not a crack in the windshield before being towed. When I picked it up from the service center on 4/18/25, there is a huge crack in the center of the windshield.
