Almost had to reschedule my car appt because they were 30 mins late
I had a great experience with Charleston Auto. Both Towing and Service made things easy for me. My car was broken down and Jessie quickly got my car loaded and brought it to the shop. He made it simple and easy and was very helpful. The customer service in the service center was top tier. They were able to order my parts and save me a bit of money in the process. The guys in the garage did good work and explained all they did thoroughly. It was a blessing to have my car towed and fixed all in one day.
Unethical and charges more than regulated rates. You should find someone else to move your cars
My husband Torrance Dennis and I received towing services from Jessie Smith. Very communicative, professional and respectful. He’s a great asset to this company. Would recommend Mr Smith anytime for any towing services.
I called Subaru & put in a service request for a flat tire. Jessie was here within 15 minutes. He changed my tire and had me back in service very quickly. Very nice and polite guy. I would definitely use them again
