I bought a used vehicle from this dealership. It was manufactured in 2015 and had about 135k on it. Took it home and discovered a knocking in the steering, and the hvac system did not work. We had to take the vehicle back three times by the time the parts changers in the service shop fixed the issue. The service manager drove with us and identified the issue right away.
