Brought in 2024 Rav4 for its 2nd service. John A. was my service advisor, he was really friendly and helpful. I was off that day so I decided to wait there and even though they were really busy, John got my vehicle in and out as soon as possible. Would recommend this dealership to anyone, both for purchasing a new car and service.
Bought venza from them and was happy with salesman. However, decided to take car to another dealership for service even though it’s a little farther away. Bad experience with servicing. Checking off topping off fluids but they didn’t. How do I know they changed oil filter? Go elsewhere….
