Charlesbank Garden Apartments has treated me very well during my time here. They have been very understanding, very responsive, and very flexible. Chris and Ashley have been very nice and helpful. Additionally I don’t know of another place with this much space and amazing location at the prices of the rent. Any time I have needed repairs they have completed the repairs within a day or two. I had to leave the apartment on short notice due to circumstances that are out of my control and they were very understanding and helped ... read more
Charlesbank Garden Apts has treated me very well during my time living here. The property managers are incredibly responsive and nice to talk to. The complex is very well maintained and I would highly recommend it as an option for those looking to move to the area!
It's amazing place
I have stayed in too many rental places in the past, but this has been the best of all!!! Management has been super nice, helpful, quick and responsive right from the very first day since we moved in. Management/Maintenance goes above and beyond resolving issues on the very same day when reported. Chris and David deserve a special mention since you both are rockstars!!! Well maintained apartments, quiet neighborhood and beautiful scenery! Couldn’t have asked for more…
