Dr. Zeller is a competent and personable physician who I would recommend from a medical standpoint. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by serious administrative issues within the office. The Problems: - Poor communication and follow-up from office staff - Lack of proactive insurance management - Unprofessional phone handling Specific Issues: My surgery was rescheduled (after being approved by insurance) due to the doctor's unavailability, which required a location change. Dr Zeller is absolutely delightful, professional, and an incredible Physician. His surgical coodinator ( Laura) is also a very good person. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Zeller and his office team but Thank you!!!! 🙏
I did my appointment online, I show up early 15 mins before, and they said they don’t get information from the online services, why they offer this service and play with the patient time, I feel the paper and even paid for the consult and after 1 hour and 15 mins i have not being taking care, I told the person on the front desk I have to work at 10 in 40 mins aprox and she said that is not gonna happens I have to leave at 9:37am without seen the doctox very bad experience not respect of the time.
