Informative and Efficient – I recently bought new windows from this company. The sales people were very informative about our selection choices and the pros and cons. Installation was prompt and professional and they cleaned up after themselves. Will use them again soon for a patio door.
Excellent Experience from Start to Finish – Excellent experience with Charles Windows for replacing three sliding doors in our home. They were very professional and most appreciated was they showed up exactly when they said they would. The installers were polite, and courteous, and all the construction messwas cleaned up nicely after the job. They even followed up with a phone call to make sure we were satisfied with everything. We are very happy with our doors and we would certainly recommend Charles for future jobs.
Nothing more important then your windows and doors!!! – I recently needed to replace several windows and a couple of doors. I called around quite a bit... surfed the internet looking for the best deal i could. After realizing it would be best to deal locally Charles Window and door became my only choice. They were very prompt in returning calls and after the sales person left my house i new they would be the people I used.
