Does not deserve any stars. My windows were installed wrong and rain got inside. Mold was horrible. Had to remove carpet and walls to fix. 7 out of eleven windows lost their argon and now have nasty spots inside the glass. Tried to get them to fix and said he had no one working for him anymore during COVID-19. I'm trying to contact manufacturer but no answer. Windows are supposed to be guaranteed for life of home for any reason. Don't deal with this company!
We are so pleased with our 10 windows that were installed. Scott did a great job installing. So glad we stop and talk to Priscilla. Thanks again for getting the windows we needed and to Scott for the great installation. *** * *******
My friend bought windows at charles window , they look like low end product . The company sells the window to charlie for $100 and the woman sells to the customer for $200 a piece . No warranty and had to wait until she got enough orders to sent to the company or they won't make them and send to charlie . . I don't know how they stay in business at a critical time like this . They should be ashamed of themselves . Their installer pays no taxes and not insured . They work out of a van .
We had a negative experience with replacement windows. The company installed lower quality windows than what we contracted them to install. We caught this after half were installed. The company would not order the right windows and correct the problem. We had to get a lawyer to come to a resolution and are stuck with windows that are not energy star for our area as they wouldnt correct their mistake.
