If I could give zero stars I would. I saw Mr. Windfelder Dec of 2022 when he was located at Santa Rosa Medical Group. I have chronic health issues and was there for a NEW PATIENT appointment; his tech told me to narrow my list of complaints down to my top 3 when I told her I had a list of things to talk to Mr. Windfelder about. One thing on my list was the excruciating abdominal pain I experience before I have a bowel movement. I’ve been visiting this facility since it opened and seeing PA Windfelder exclusively for about 2 years. The level of care has been exceptional. Charles is a straight-shooter; he has provided great advice and honest feedback in a caring and compassionate manner. He responds promptly to questions posted on the portal. I have no hesitation recommending him to any prospective patients. The staff at the facility are also friendly and efficient. I think that PA Charles Windfelder is always attentive and willing to listen to my issue. I appreciate that his answer isn’t a prescription and a follow up appointment. He is very professional and knowledgeable and best of all he listens to his patients. I am glad he is here in Navarre.
Staff is excellent. Charles Windfeider is a very pleasant and concerned doctor and I always get in and out fast
