Was assigned to appraise a house by the VA. I feel like he under appraised the property by a lot. After reviewing his docs his measurements on the barn that he also under appraised he only gave half the actual square footage. Was literally the longest appraisal I’ve ever dealt with I would’ve been able to close on the house if it would’ve been done in a timely manner and accurately this caused the entire house deal to fall apart and now I am still a homeless veteran because of it.
