Dr Barth is a weird guy. He refused to give pain meds for a cath, that was not fun. Now I need some help with a pre auth approval and the team is like ‘nope we aren’t helping you out any more.’ When I met Dr Barth and asked questions about the procedure he was dismissive. Just a weird dude, man. Help a person out, it’s your job? The work is endless, it’s not like it’s ever going to stop, so take few extra moments to help a person out. The system sucks for everyone.
Dr. Barth has completed two cardiac caths for me and placed three stents in my heart. While I am in no position to judge, I have been told by others who are that he has fabulous hands and is exceptionally competent - I would trust no one else to do what he does so incredibly well. He was always concerned for my physical comfort and psychological worries.
