Not a compationate dr. I had two shoulder replacements and went to him to get off the opiates. That was 5 years ago. Ever since then he has treated me like a drug addict. He has no bedside mannor. In and out of the office in 3 minutes. If you complain of any pain he just continues to increase your suboxone which has never worked. I was recently in the hospital for 9 days with excruciating headaches because of a tick bite. I still get the bad headaches at night, I use ice 4 ibuprofen 2 Tylenol with little relief. Have left AMA for not getting my night meds!! I was told to wait till 9am when the DR was in!! I think it's lazy the nurse should call for orders at all times and know patient med schedule or have the meds!!! Feed up. I have had one good night there in 3yrs

When you're lucky to find caring people it's great but rare. I assume they are understaffed. Need more compassion, communication 😭🙏

I go here for pain management and my pain medication was supposed to be one thing and it was something else. Stephanie called me a told me it was staying at what it was for at least two months. I told her I was a miserable human being and just asked for something to help me with my pain. She refused all my requests and told me if I didn’t like the care I was getting that they were more clinic’s I could go to. I was blown away by the lack of consideration of the pain that I was in. I Would not recommend this clinic to anyone

I saw him before my surgery. (one time) Never saw him after? Why? maybe he is more after the money than concerns about his patients. would I recommend? hell no!!!

Each and every doctor in Gastroenterology has credential which I admire and would never question, however, the office staff at Baxter Regional (endoscopy) leaves much to be desired. Right now after a long overnight preparation and denial of services only on my death bed will I return to Baxter Regional.

The ER doctors were terrible. Baxter really needs to pay attention to what is going on with their night staff. People often don't want to complain because let's fact it Mountain Home isn't Detroit and everyone knows everyone. The nurses who were RN's have trouble finding veins, (the lab tech had no problem at all) this should be the simplest task an ER nurse ever does.
