I was very happy with Dr. Tran and Mercy Healthcare over the last 6-7 years. Not anymore. Unfortunately Dr. Tran dropped me as a patient immediately without warning. No phone call, just a message on the Mercy app from a person named Lisa F. The message was set up without any ability to respond or communicate back. This doctor canceled an appointment the day of my boyfriend’s appointment and told him he would be able to see him until a year out. This is totally unacceptable not to mention unprofessional for calling on the day of the appointment to cancel.
Dr. Tran is one in a million; he handles my complex situations and provides hope. He reviews your meds instead of a nurse,it's a blessing
Dr.Tran is very professional and he takes his time to listen to all my problems and needs!! Always comfortable and satisfied when I walk out of his office! Thanks again Dr. Tran!!
