Mr. Hardenbergh's office assisted in getting my case dropped from a reckless driving (84/70) down to a defective equipment generally. This was to my surprise as I was expecting to still get a moving violation. His office was always helpful, willing to explain the process, and was quick to tell me the results of my case. As an emergency first responder and traveling healthcare professional, my speed through VA was charged as reckless driving and could have had excessive fines and jail time associated with the ticket. Mr. Hardenbergh and his staff had my son’s reckless driving charge reduced to a defective equipment charge which was the best possible result. I am so relieved that he will not have to carry a criminal misdemeanor charge on his record.
