Once you make payments to him, you will hardly be able to reach him and he will only reach out to you at his convenience. He is also dishonest

It isn't hyperbole when I say it's almost to get in touch with him and when he does deem you worth enough to speak to, he imparts just enough charm and hospitality to make you believe all is right with your case.
