Horrible experience with Charles Trent. HAD A 2017 Mini Countryman where it had issues and the car wasnt running. I got a price online and Charles Trent offered the best price. I was upfront and honest with Charles Trent I notified them that the car has done 160k and that it is a nonrunner the body work had some wear and tear on it so did the interior but it was acceptable for a vehicle thats done 160k.
