Online scrap my car system is a waste of time. They don’t take vehicles older than 2012 apparently although the first time I tried to book my van to be scrapped they claimed they wouldn’t collect it. I then arrange to take it to them to be told they won’t take it at all. Woman that called me to inform me of this very unhelpful and bordering on rude when I queried as to why they can’t update their website and made to feel it’s my fault that their system is not adequate. Jokers honestly
I called and got a lovely guy (Chris).he bent over backwards to make me an appointment. Staff on counter were lovely. Overall a really professional, kind and efficient. Excellent service!
Unreliable and a let down. booked and paid for a part on line for next day collection. Turned up next day and told it might be available tomorrow but they will call when ready... will edit the review if it turns up tomorrow
I have been using Trent’s for 30 years . I spoke to the gentleman in parts this morning who was very helpful in searching for parts . A professional well established car brokers that continue to maintain excellent services -prices -and thoroughly checked parts
