Taff excellent Communication a credit to the company
Excellent customer service from start to finish. Lady called Christy last night said she would call me first thing and she did bang on 9. Answerphone messages , emails and item ready when they said it would be. Brilliant
I found a part i needed for a family members car on ebay, called up to confirm fitment. Mark was super helpful, ran me through what car the part came from and assured me it would fit. Managed to save me a few quid by going direct instead of ebay. Package arrived next day and I ordered about lunch time. Much cheaper as the main dealers wanted almost £400! Just got to fit the part today and everything Mark said was correct. Overall I am very happy with Charles Trent Ltd and the service I received.
