I now actually look forward to my dentist visits, thanks to Charles Towne Family Dentistry. From the warm welcome you receive when checking in with the wonderful team at the front desk, to the exceptional care provided by skilled and friendly hygienists like Brenna, every step of the experience is top-notch. Dr. Orsimarsi always takes the time to ensure you're well taken care of, making each visit a pleasant one. It's a truly remarkable practice where you feel valued and at ease.
Today was my first visit with Dr. Greg and his staff. I can honestly tell you I have never had a more enjoyable and thorough experience. His assistant and hygienist were very personable. He took the time to explain everything to me. If you are looking for a new dentist, this is definitely the place to go.
Don’t have an emergency and miss an appointment. Even if you call to let them know. They will charge you for it. Also, this guy really likes to sell devices. I am moving my family elsewhere.
It's always a pleasure coming here. The front desk is always great. Elle and Dr. O is awesome and knowledgeable.
From the moment you walk in the door until check out you feel like you are the only patient. The are efficient, courteous and most importantly friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. O explains everything in terms you understand and ensures you are comfortable during all procedures. Wish I had discovered him and his staff years ago.
