We have had good experiences here. They handled our extension this year without issue.
This company has deteriorated over the years. Unwarranted price hikes occur despite numerous errors and a lack of attempts to resolve them. There is high staff turnover. No one is available to provide answers to inquiries. My wife was on a speaker phone call with Teri, who was very rude and condescending towards her. Some of the increased rates should be allocated to training staff in customer service skills. We switched to TurboTax and saved a significant amount of money.
Kim Johnson is the absolute best!! She has been so helpful over the years assisting me with my taxes and property taxes after my husband past away. I have referred her over and over again. She is vital to the success of Wallace.
