I would never recommend this doctor or this practice. Dr. Taggert was extremely agitated and angry with the computer system, with his assistants and with umpc. He used the lords name in vain many times in my visit and was unprofessional as he explained that his job as a pcp was to refer me to specialists. He asked if he could keep my previous issue that I do not have anymore on the computer because it was difficult to get rid of it on the computer. Unbelievably bad and uneducated/uninformed.
