A doctor who has no sympathy for a patient no empathy for a patient’s suffering has no right to practice this noble profession. On Tue morning I brought my extremely ailing father to Dr Sunali Shah’s Neurology clinic at Boston Medical for which I took an appointment 25 days back. I left home at 8:10 AM and as a result of a crash on the highway I was able to make it at 9:35 AM 15 minutes over the Scheduled time of appointment which was 9:20 AM. The Best Surgeon!!!!!!!! I was dealing with excruciating pain for over a year after injuring my shoulder shoveling snow a year prior. You have giving me my quality of life back. No more pain!!!!! Sleeping better and gaining mobility each day. Almost 2 months after my surgery (March 2,2021) I feel 😊 great. Thank You, Thank You!!!!!! You’re the BEST!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't even call this a medical practice. My son has been waiting to see behavioral health for about three months, today we had the appointment only to find out it was with his primary care doctor and that behavioral health booked and cancelled the appointment a week before. They now have reached out to make the appointment a month from now, totaling a four month wait time just to get a prescription filled
