avoid going to this doctor!! my experience, i arrived and met the mean receptionist who was rude and unfriendly, i was there for severe pain on my writing hand, yet she was upset because i could not fill out the 100 forms that they requested. after waiting for a long time i was taken to this ugly room by a tech who was also rude and unfriendly, she began to take measurements and several other tests. until finally this smelly poorly dressed man walked into the office, he was also unfriendly and cocky. he told me that his name... read more

Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
