Just had horrible experience on the phone with this place. Called to book a session for some counselling based on a referral from my GP, and after discussing what I needed (actually not all that unique or difficult, literally some counselling sessions) was informed by the person on that phone that "oh no, we won't be able to help you. Go back and speak to your GP for someone else". Absolutely disgusting, especially for a place that is meant to support people and mental health.
