I found your entire staff to be friendly and helpful. The front office was kind about a reschedule issue and my billing questions were addressed and I appreciated the assistance. Dr. Smith and his surgical assistant were calm and professional during the oral surgery. They kept me informed of every step during the procedure. I would recommend Dr. Smith and staff for those who might need their services.
They did an amazing job. Professional, courteous, comforting, wonderful bedside manner. The office is warm and personal. The staff are polite and knowledgeable. The doctor is kind and professional. The follow up was more and better than I’ve ever experienced. I would highly recommend
Dr Smith and the whole office staff was wonderful. I had a situation and no one would see me and he had sympathy for the pain that I was. So he saw as an emergency. I did not expect the compassion and sincerity that I received. I would recommend anyone to go to finch oral surgery. Best office experience ever. Maybe me feel like it was not my first time coming to the office. Very satisfied with the care I received. Thank you.
No complaints, had a tooth cut out, total concern for my comfort. Dentist Smith even called at night to follow up on how I was doing.
