Owners are very respectful, communicate very well with contractors. Professionalism at its finest.
We moved a relative into the Arbors at Yankee vineyard. In almost five years they still don’t have a legal, enforceable, reserved handicapped space required by both the ada and Ohio laws. All they did is toss up a sign on a snow fence post barely three feet off the ground. By law it has to be 60” off the ground and the lines painted blue. The space needs to also be marked for the unit of the tenet making the request. None of this was done despite repeatedly bringing it to their attention. I have been SO disappointed in the quality of the home I bought from Simms. In less than 2 years, the absolute poor quality has been very evident. I have to call a serviceman about every 2 or 3 months and this place was brand new when I bought it 2 years ago. I have a friend who also bought from this developer having similar issues.
